Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF. High resolution is best — 300 DPI or higher for raster work. Vector files (SVG, PDF) give the crispest edges on contour cuts.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and outdoor-rated. They handle rain, washing, and sun far better than cheap paper labels — we print them to survive Appalachian weather.
What's the difference between gloss and matte?
Gloss pops with shine and deep color. Matte softens glare and reads more subtle on laptops and gear. Pick what fits your brand — both are available in the builder.
Do you ship outside West Virginia?
We ship across the U.S. Local pickup is available in Belington, WV, if you're nearby and want to skip the mailbox.
How long does production take?
