Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Mountain State Designs LLC, doing business as Bigfoot Designs ("Bigfoot Designs," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.bigfootdesigns.net, use our online shop, request a quote, place an order, or otherwise contact us.

2. Scope
This policy covers information collected through our website, online product designer, decal builder, quote and contact forms, customer portal, and related services we operate. It does not cover third-party websites that we link to, or tools hosted entirely by third parties under their own privacy policies (for example, a payment page or designer host), except as described below when those tools process information on our behalf.
3. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, SMS opt-in and consent records, business name, mailing or shipping address, and messages you send us.
- Order and project details: product selections, sizes, quantities, design preferences, artwork files you upload, proofs, quotes, invoices, and order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Square and the processors used by our shop platform). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Those providers may collect billing name, address, and payment card or bank details under their own terms.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP, and similar technical data collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
- Marketing interaction data: whether you open emails (if we send them), ad click identifiers, and conversion events related to ads or forms.
4. How we collect information
We collect information when you:
- Fill out a quote, contact, checkout, or intake form
- Create or use a customer portal account
- Upload artwork or configure products in our shop or decal builder
- Call, email, or message us
- Browse our site (through cookies, analytics, and advertising tags)
We may also receive information from service providers that help us run the site and shop (hosting, form and designer platforms, payment processors, and analytics or advertising partners).
5. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide quotes, produce custom products, process orders, and arrange pickup or shipping
- Communicate about proofs, deposits, production status, and customer support
- Operate, secure, and improve our website, shop, and portal
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity
- Measure site performance and advertising effectiveness
- Send service-related messages and, where permitted, marketing about our products and services
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and customers
7. SMS communications
When you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in, Bigfoot Designs may send you customer service messages, quote and order updates, artwork proof notifications, payment or pickup reminders, appointment notifications, and occasional promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to deliver messages and operate our communication systems, but those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, legal and tax recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in a commercially reasonable manner, subject to backup and legal hold limitations.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account or an order has been compromised, contact us right away at Info@printwv.com.
11. Children
Our website and shop are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.
12. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of certain information
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or email us)
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any text from us
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where those laws apply
- Appeal a denial of a privacy request, where required by law
To make a request, email Info@printwv.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe what you want. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
California residents: We do not sell personal information as "sale" is commonly understood. If our use of advertising cookies is considered a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out by adjusting cookie preferences in your browser, using industry opt-out tools where available, or contacting us as described above. You may designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf as permitted by law.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to those signals. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way. You can manage cookies and advertising preferences through your browser and the settings offered by advertising platforms.
14. Location of processing
We are based in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the site when appropriate. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
